What I do
I support day-to-day operations and technical needs across the office: hardware and software troubleshooting, CRM administration, AV and hybrid meeting room setups, IT onboarding and offboarding, and general workplace technology. The work I'm proudest of is building our HubSpot helpdesk from scratch, replacing an untracked inbox with a real ticket pipeline and reporting.
Outside of work I keep sharp on the infrastructure side: a virtualization host running Dockerized services, network-wide DNS filtering, and secure remote access over a mesh VPN and Cloudflare tunnels. It's where I learn the things I'm building my certifications around →
